Cardio Alternative - Hiking

I hate cardio but you need to do it if you want to lose weight, get ripped, or stay healthy in general. An alternative is:

HIKING

Went hiking on a Sunday with a friend because I wanted to skip the gym but felt too guilty. Was a great hike. At 180 lbs, two hours of hiking, I think I burned 400-500 calories with lots of sweat happening.
