Ab circuit

Here's a great circuit you can do, no rest, 2-3 sets with only 30 seconds of rest in between. Abs done in less than 5-10 minutes!

Start off with 50 reps of ball crunches:


then immediately roll into ab wheel for 20 reps:

then finalize the burn with some bosu ball cross overs/burpees!


Add this circuit into your next six weeks of workouts, stick to a healthy diet and 30+ minutes of cardio each workout for this:
