15 - Build - 15 - Resist Puke

Lately, a good formula to fight off cardio boredom is the 15 minute after stretch cardio then muscle groups then abs then 15 minute finisher cooldown cardio.

A sample of this would be:

15 minute 10% incline 3.5 to 4 mph treadmill

2 sets of 25-40 pullups
2 sets of 20-25 kettlebell shoulder forward lateral squats (not sure if that's what they're called but they are awesome)



3 sets of 20 pistols
3 sets of 10 jack knife abs with ab roller
3 sets of 20 alternating crunches with a leg up

Finish with 15 minutes of something like cybex or stairmaster.

The next day is cardio for up to one hour.

Followed by the remainder of muscle groups from the first part.
