Butt Toner Workout

For Liz and Kat at work, I went through a quick butt workout that can be done at home (no weights needed).

Each should be done in 3 sets of 10 reps.

Lunges


Squats

Butt Life Bridge


Supermans

And for some abs, 3 sets of 30 seconds of V-Ups

I recommend trying this routine for 6 weeks 3 times a week and possibly (but unlikely) you might end up looking like:
