Legs to start a busy work week ahead

Quick Leg Workout today:

Vibro squats - 3 sets of 30, 45, and 60 seconds
Leg Extensions 3 sets of 10 heavy
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 heavy
Seated Calf Raises - 3 sets of 15 medium weight
Stairmaster at 5 for 10 minutes

Zangief has huge legs, ripped! (literally)
