Monday Cardio and Core

Busy day so I had to sift through the herds of after work gym rats vs. the usual light crowds at lunch time. Roxanne tagged along. What a trooper.

Workout consisted of a few minutes of Versaclimber, then 20 minutes of stair master at level 10 then reducing the level every 5 minutes. Pretty rough.

Abs next followed by shoulder blast machine of about 15 minutes.

Followed by 3 sets of vibro planks at 30, 60, 60 seconds.

We then finished off with 10 minutes of bike to cool down.
