Lower Body Day for RC (good friend at work)

Versa Climber for 20 minutes
Long strides - don't give up


Butt Lifts 3 sets of 15 reps



Squeeze at the top
Deadlifts - 3 sets pf 10. Do these slow - do not bend your knees.

Stair master on Level 10 for 10 minutes


End the workout with abs consisting of "420s"


  • 20 crunches
  • 20 oblique twists
  • 20 toe touchers
  • 20 seconds of planks
4 sets

  1. I think I would call those "dumbell good mornings" rather than deadlifts since the legs aren't doing any lifting.

    Also that last pic is epic.
