So far, 1 pill has made me sweaty slightly in the morning and a tad hyper. Suggested consumption is 1 pill for two major meals for the first 3 days or so then two pills per meal. I'd be bouncing off the walls I think so will try once a day in the breakfast time.

Good goals from the "How to Get a Superhero Body in 90 Days or Less!"
I must
accomplish four things every day:
- walk 12,000 steps (about six miles);
- sleep at least seven hours;
- unplug from all technology for an hour to reduce sitting, snacking, stressing, and sleeplessness;
- and eat three 400-calorie meals and two half-meals that will each consist of lean protein, fiber, and a little healthy fat.
This was another revelation I
had while reading about Pratt, who had starved himself to lose weight
for Zero Dark Thirty: If you eat the right foods, you can eat
almost as much as you did when you were a lazy slug. Just not the same
stuff. Still, it's not as restrictive as I feared: There's brown rice,
soba noodles, double-fiber bread, potatoes, bananas, grapes, and coffee
(with skim milk). I'll soon get two cheat meals a week. Every night, I
have to e-mail Harley telling him everything I ate and whether I
accomplished all four daily goals.
Harley
says that about 70 percent of my results hinge on sticking to the diet.
Looking like a superhero, it turns out, isn't so much about effort as
about restraint. (I'm sure some superhero has said that in a movie at
some point.)

Body Beast - Ridiculous but effective
From Beach Body and Sagi Kalev, this workout puts you through an immense set of sets and exercise that leaves you spent daily but results are fast. I am on day 7 or the first week and have found myself leaner and stronger if only its in my head. :)

Manny Pacquiao is ridiculous! And we love him. Interesting fact on his fitness stats.
Manny takes in about 7,000 calories and burns 5,000. If that were me, I'd be a fat poor stick but he is a top ten pound for pound boxer.Part of his diet, he eats Tenola with a special veggie for strength.
I love Tenola myself with a little fish sauce (Patis).
I do hope Floyd Mayweather stops fussing and fights Manny once and for all for the biggest pay day and fight in this decade.
