If you want to limp around, this is a good sterngthstacking leg working for you legs junkies out there:
- Stretching - important (stretch inbetween sets, as well).
- 20 minutes of cardio to warm up the legs
- Leg Press machine - 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
- Lying Leg Curls - 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
- Leg Extensions - 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
- Rubber band exercises (black band)
- Walk diagonal across room (30 feet roughly) then back walking backwards
- Side steps back and forth the same distance
- Calf Superset
- Donkey calf raise on sled 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
- Seated calf raise 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
Kapow, eat lots of protein afterward.
