Legs today - rawr

If you want to limp around, this is a good sterngthstacking leg working for you legs junkies out there:


  • Stretching - important (stretch inbetween sets, as well).
  • 20 minutes of cardio to warm up the legs
  • Leg Press machine - 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
    • 250,300,350,400
  • Lying Leg Curls - 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
    • 125,140,155,125
  • Leg Extensions - 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
    • 110,125,140,110
  • Rubber band exercises (black band)
    • Walk diagonal across room (30 feet roughly) then back walking backwards
    • Side steps back and forth the same distance
  • Calf Superset
    • Donkey calf raise on sled 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
      • 270, 360, 450
    • Seated calf raise 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
      • 135, 160, 185
Kapow, eat lots of protein afterward.


Lunges are good overall legs alternatives
Remember to hold up for a half second or so

These are great for hammies.
