Upper Body

One exercise per body part then 20 minutes of treadmill. Using Lose-it! to track calorie intake. Hard to input sometimes. Gives a good detail on diet and progress.

    Lose-it! is great for a free app. I using it in combination with my work out regiment and I've lost 29 lbs since January.

  2. Right on, man! It's got a nice interface. I get pissed towards the end of the day when I have so little calories left to eat. Congrats on the weight loss! That's awesome!
