- 3 sets of 8 Leg Extensions/Leg Curl super sets
- 3 sets of 8 Machine Donkey Calf Raises/Seated Calf Raise super sets
- 3 sets of 1 min vibro planks
- 3 sets of 12 ViPR hip abductor rotations
What's in the store for the weekend? Hopefully a whole lot of nothing, maybe some cardio Friday and Sunday.
