"I fee like drunk"

After a hard leg day of:
  • 4 sets of 8 (each leg) lunges on smith machine (can also be done on a weight bar for the ladies like below).

  • 3 sets of 8 Leg Extensions/Leg Curl super sets
  • 3 sets of 8 Machine Donkey Calf Raises/Seated Calf Raise super sets
  • 3 sets of 1 min vibro planks
  • 3 sets of 12 ViPR hip abductor rotations
I asked friend, Chami (who is a very large cricket player), how he felt and he said,"I feel like drunk." He didn't want to drink, obviously exhausted from the leg blasting.

What's in the store for the weekend? Hopefully a whole lot of nothing, maybe some cardio Friday and Sunday.
