Sore leg cardio day

Maybe I should have taken the day off from the gym but...

...I didn't.

Instead I did 10 minutes of stairmaster and then 30 minutes of treadmill at 5% incline at 3-3.5 mph. Why? Legs were sore, but got a good sweat, and I burned 350+ calories. Not bad given the gnarly leg workout prior.

No one at work wanted to do legs with me Monday. Bunch o pansies!
