So one of the biggest hits to this blog are from the keywords "Sexy girls on knees".

Odd! I wonder what they are looking for? Perhaps more girly pushup tips? I never put those words together until now. Anyway...

Ok, if your upper body strength is not up to the point where you can do a regular pushup, perform them on your knees as per the picture above.

Do 3 sets of 10 reps and work up to 15 over the next few weeks.

When attempting actual pushups, start with up to 5 five pushups using good form like so:
